Shipping & Returns

We will generally dispatch in stock Products within 3 - 4 business days, however, we ask that our customers understand that most of our items are made to order. Because of this, delivery may take longer but we will contact you with an estimated delivery date should an unexpected delay occur.

Most items will arrive 2-3 days after dispatch depending on location. 

When ordering internationally, please be aware that delivery can vary in time due to factors such as customs delays. Unfortunately, we have no control over how long our products take to process through.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination.  Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. 

You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

If you are paying with PayPal, your order will not be dispatched until the PayPal payment clears.

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you can return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt of your order for a full refund to the original payment method used.
However, this does not apply to goods specially made to order, unless damaged in transit.

All returned items must be sent back to us unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if the items are non-saleable.
